Submission Steps
2 · Structure & Length
Include Introduction, Related Work, Method, Results, Discussion and Conclusion. Target 3,000–6,000 words for journals and 2,000–4,000 for conferences.
3 · Citations & References
Cite all sources accurately. Every figure, table and quoted text must carry a reference. Use DOIs wherever available.
4 · Figures & Tables
Provide high-resolution images (≥300 DPI), editable vector charts, and captioned tables. Keep file sizes reasonable for web publication.
5 · Ethics & Originality
Submissions must be original, not under review elsewhere, and pass plagiarism screening below 10% (excluding references). AI use must be disclosed.
6 · Language & Proofing
Manuscripts should be in clear academic English. Our academic refinement service can help with tone, structure and citation integrity.
