1. Peer Review Transparency
All 14 academic journals in the VA-RA portfolio follow a strict **double-blind peer-review** process. The identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous throughout the evaluation stages. Submissions are matched to at least two subject-matter experts based on technical expertise.
2. Plagiarism Screening
To maintain high original standards, every manuscript undergoes initial similarity checks using advanced plagiarism detection software prior to reviewer assignment. Submissions exceeding the threshold of 10% similarity (excluding reference listings) are returned to the corresponding author for correction.
3. Open Access & Archiving
VA-RA operates under an Open Access model. All accepted publications are immediately accessible online with unique Crossref DOIs. Articles are archived using standard digital repository platforms to ensure long-term preservation and visibility.
