2. Scope of Services
VA-RA provides academic consulting, peer-reviewed journal publications, hybrid/hybrid-remote conferences, IPR/Patent coordination, and student admission counseling. All consultancy deliverables are for educational and research support purposes. Authors retain ownership of their copyright throughout the peer-review process.
3. Governing Law
Any legal dispute or claim arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amritsar, Punjab, India, where the company's registered head office is located.
