1. Milestone Payments & Retainers
Services such as patent drafting, dissertation support, or custom research assistance are billed according to specific, pre-agreed milestone stages. Once a milestone is approved by the author and delivered by the assigned academic expert, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.
2. Revision Guarantee
To ensure quality outcomes, all service tiers include dedicated rounds of corrections and revisions at no extra charge. If a delivered draft does not meet the initial project guidelines, we will revise the work to align with the pre-agreed scope.
3. Publication Fees (APCs)
For in-house double-blind peer-reviewed journals, article processing charges (APCs) are invoiced only *after* the peer-review board accepts the manuscript. Once a paper is formally accepted and published online, the APC cannot be refunded or recalled.
